Policy and term service

Upon renting, the renter agrees with said owner as follows:

1. that they hereby for themselves, their heirs, executors or administrators release the owner with respect to death or any personal injuries resulting while using the said equipment and indemnifies the owner against any claims for personal injuries resulting while using the said equipment and indemnifies the owner against any claims for personal injury, death or property with respect to any passenger or other persons or chattels; which indemnity shall survive the termination of this agreement.
2. that the said equipment is in good working order and condition and the undersigned will pay for all costs for damage occurred to the said equipment while the same is in their possession or control.
3. that in the event of damaging the propeller that they will pay any costs with respect to repairing or replacing the same.
4. failure to return the said rental equipment by the allotted time shall result in late charges being applied at twice the agreed upon rental rate.
5. operation or use of the equipment is prohibited and the renter agrees that the equipment shall not be used or operated:
   A) in violation of any provisions of the law
   B) for the purpose of propelling or towing of any other vessel
   C) by any person except renter and authorized drivers shown on rental form
   D) by any person whose ability to operate is impaired by the use of alcohol or drugs
   E) by any person who should suspect that further use of vessel would cause it harm
6. if the said unit is returned with damages, funds can/will be taken from the signed credit card draft (damage deposit)
